New Remington Army .44 in Stainless Steel. Is there any reviews , good or bad, on these Revolvers?? Seen one advertised, used, for $250.00.

Armsport was the importer many years ago. If I recall correctly these were made by Armi San Paolo. If made by Armi San Paolo it should have the marks GDG probably on the barrel's bottom.

Armi San Paolo later became Euroarms.

Have had several of these stainless Remington's and they were o.k. quality, not as high as Uberti of that time.

Also, in that time the grip frames were smaller so if you have small to average size hands the grip should be o.k. If you have large hands the newer (past dozen years of so) Remingtons from Pietta and Uberti will have larger grip frames and probably fit you better.

I have this exact gun. I love it! No complaints, other than it takes a bit more thumb pressure to cock it than on my Pietta.
