"ASM" kits -- thoughts?

Hello all... Got a kit for an 1858 .44 Remi, built by ASM. Any thoughts on that outfit? I'd not really heard of them before. A quick google didn't show too much.

Armi San Marcos has been out of business for a while. Their products were about like any Italian imports...some days good, some days bad. But since this is a kit, you are the one doing all the polishing and hand fitting...so this one will be magnificent! :v
