Well, sort of...

As my partner and I were on the way to our site, I managed to hit a nice skunk, about an 8 pounder. :curse:

It took about 15 seconds for the aroma to get to my already tense nostrils... :shocking:

Now fellas, I'm all for natural scents, but I'm probably gonna have to sell the truck. That smell seeped up into the cab.

No, I didnt stop to get any pics! ::

As a side note, it was a really strange day in the woods, no movement of any kind, just a few small birds. I suspect the weather was to blame, or perhaps it could be that I smelled like a 260 pound skunk in a 15 foot treestand! :hmm:

But as allways, that's what hunting is: 95% failure rate, 100% enjoyment. I'll take a bad day in the woods over a good day at work ANYTIME! :imo:

There are not many odors as god-awful terrible as skunk...hopefully you can find a place to take the truck and have the undercarriage sprayed / neutralized...

Did you ever hear the song"There's a dead skunk in the middle of the road'?

RB, what? Did you suggest that Stoots get his truck spayed or neutered :haha:. Must be a dodge. Best place to get that done is at the vets.
