Just got my Baker rifle kit from the rifle shoppe.Phoned them up and they said they had some kits in stock so I ordered one and six weeks later it arrived.Got the kit with an assembled lock and all the barrel work done to speed up the process. The stock I recieved has some nice figure to it and it is nicely cut.All and all I m very pleased with it.

Mr. chasseur,
If you would not mind my asking, did they say the "Baker rifle kit" was in stock when you called?
We have been interested in ordering another item but am concerned about the six week delivery time for an item that is "in stock".
Perhaps you don't live in the U.S.?
Best Wishes

Hello, I don't suppose you could tell me what work is left for you to do(ie what state does the kit come in) apart from wood staining and finishing
Thanks Rob

Well, as a Baker Rifle Shooter, I'd like to see some pictures. Some of the assembly and of course the finished product. BTY also interested in how it shoots.
