So anyone ever put in there own barrel liner? Just interested to see, I know I can send it to mr Hoyt but I just wanted to see if any one has done it themselves, I wanted to reduce a .72 smoothbore to something a little smaller

I bought a 45 caliber (actually more of a 46 caliber) liner from Track of the Wolf. And used it in a 45 caliber cherokee that had a badly pitted bore the liner was .625 O.D. I reamed the barrel to .6255 to .626 on my lathe and used the green lock tite to hold it in place. It worked well! I am a retired tool and die maker so it was a simple job for me. The only thing difficult was having to keep adding extensions to my reamer to get the full depth. I did it about four inches at a time intill I got the depth down to the breech threads.

That is fantastic! I’m glad to hear someone did it themselves! My concern now is that I am not retired tool and die maker hahaha but that might be okay being my gun is already a smooth bore. I need to look on track of the wolf and see if they have anything that might fit for me.
