Well not really, this is probably not new but I haven't seen it anywhere and I found it really works well. The white piece is an RV blowout plug, the brass piece is a double ended standard garden hose adapter and the chrome piece is an adapter for a standard kitchen faucet. I use it at the range, outside at home and to my wife's dismay in the laundry room scrub sink. Hook it up to the faucet, run the hose down the barrel (vent or nipple plugged) and turn on the water. Can be used with flexible or rigid plastic tubing of different sizes. Barrel is clean in seconds and all you need to do is wipe dry and lube. No mess, no buckets, no disassembly needed.

They even make adaptors with a hose to screw into the bolster or drum in place of the nipple. Most nipple threads available
