the town of kittanning pennsylvania will be reenacting the battle between col. john armstrong and the kit han ne indians on the 9 and 10 of september . there will also be an exhibit of william thompson the forgotten patriot - a nationally recognized award winning exhibit featuring artifacts and military paraphernalia.also several artists- john buxton. griffing, anderson, smail ..and also period craftmen.
the actual battle will take place on sept 10 at dawn and once again at 1:00
