Does anyone know the formula for this old gun solvent? It was made in Ohio, I believe.

Thanks.

BEDFORD GUN JUICE. WHOW! That goes back to the ”˜60’s. I remember reading the label. Among
Other things it vied that it was brewed at midnight on a full moon at a dead toad rubbing or some such thing. I don’t have the formula. I would be interested in making some for personal use if the formula is available. I think I kept an empty bottle; I’ll look around and see if I can locate it in all my junk. Just kept the bottle for the dissertation on the label, it read like it could have been sold by a medicine man.

Don't know the formula but there was an old gunsmith where I grew up and he alway had the stuff around. In fact it was the dominate smell in his shop. I always thought it smelled like bananas. I'm talking the late 50's and early 60's. Be interesting if someone locates it. It would be fun just to have a bottle in shop just for the smell and the memories it would bring back.
