i got a tramontina 6" butcher knife for $10 ozy with a polypropylene handle that had to go,
well its all done the handle is battuea and the sheath is stained with Terra cotta desert ochre color it looked relay dark in the tin but comes out relay nice.this knife is relay sharp and holds an edge.

You just got too much time on your hands if you are turning perfectly good modern chef knives into antiques. Maybe I should send you all of my Henkels for you to convert :wink:
