If it is the 300 year anniversary edition it will look like this. Mine is still unfired with all the accessories. For some reason Beretta packed and shipped these in a styrofoam box which doesn't hold up well over time.

FWIW they were made for Beretta, but not made by them. After their contract was up, the company (I forget who … ) made them with the parts that were left, but allegedly those from Beretta were alleged to have better finished.

But I have one from the other company and it is perfectly fine!

Beretta owns Uberti so I would bet they made it.

Thanks for the PM's. I've gotten quite a few! There are some with the NEW USER red warning and they were not sent with pictures. However, one new user with the warning did send pictures, the screen name and date with the item in a photo and a cell # - so the warning is nice but sometimes it is something not to fret about. Right now, I have 3 to potentially choose from, although only one person set the price while the other 2 are "make an offer" and we're working through that. Nice to have choices. I will likely end up with one of these.

They were made for Beretta by Armi San Marco. ASM brought out their own edition after the Beretta contract. No real difference in quality of finish.

When I bought mine, the presentation cases were lost during shipment. Thus, we purchased a pair with all the goodies, but no presentation case. Don't remember the supplier, they had a limited number available sans case. Those with the hard cases sold for serious (at that time) money. BTW - mine always has shot just fine.
