father in laws lancaster from blackheart arms and it 's a very nice rifle i forget which builder it copies but i'll be smokin iy this afternoon .my question is the lock finish
it's a siler golden age lock and has a beautifull blue black finish.is this finish what they call coal blueing? if so what is the process to achieve this finish.i might redo one of my guns that way or try that method on my next gun.
