I don't disagree with this!I agree the mods have a right to not allow these discussions. And, I used to support that rule. But, with the more and more often sporadic shortages of commercial bp, and this being partly a survival game, maybe it should be allowed. Might be necessary one day.
Correct, per Forum rules. The forum owners don't want any liability for improper or unlawful actions taken by forum users. This is their house, thus their rules. We can use and buy it, but can't discuss how to make it?
Distilling isn't illegal if it's for personal use only or making fuel. If making fuel, you have to serialize your still. It's only illegal to make BP yourself if you are distributing it. Distilling spirits is illegal in any amount, even for personal consumption.
Yes, it is illegal. Distilling alcohol for home consumption is, in any quantity. For fuel, you need permits. Read the regulations here.Distilling isn't illegal if it's for personal use only or making fuel. If making fuel, you have to serialize your still.
You must live on another planet! Anybody can sue anybody for anything in this country, unfortunately. Whether you are a LLC, Corporation, or an Individual getting sued costs big money. If you think an LLC shields anybody you are in LA-LA Land! Get mad all you want, but the late "Zonie" established this rule & I think it would behoove us to follow it.I can not think of how a website can be sued for a posters stupidity. I assume the website is an LLC. That shields individuals.
