After the ugly knife I had to try making my belt knife. This knife is forged from 1095. The blade has a slight convex forged shape to it. The blade is 8 1/2 inches long and this one has my stamp to it.

The handle is from a massive moose antler tine and is 5 1/2 inches long. The total length of the knife is 14 inches.

The sheath has a vegetable tan liner, lead riveted elk rawhide and sinew sewn doe rawhide over the throat of the sheath.

This should complete all my accoutrements. I made my own northwest trade gun, spike hawk, powderhorn, shooting bag and two knives. I suppose I should start on my clothes and boots. Rendezvous is a comin fast.
