what do you guys think is a fair price to charge for a .58 cal block with six holes seven for the thong some carvings and stained? i charged 10 bucks i know i could get more but who cares i guess :imo: and made of hard wood

I take it the 19/32" hole worked. :: $10-$15 sounds fair. Depending on how much carving you do, and how good you are at it, you might get more than that.

i am very good at it and there is a good deal of carving.flash in the pan and i were talking and i told him i would make him one and he wanted a french and indian war style so im doing a scottish rogers ranger theme i will have to put some pictures up when im done . yhank you you have been very helpful when i post something. watch your top not :thanks:

TrackOTW sells a maple six-holer that is unstained and plain for $4.50 I believe. $15 for a carved and stained one isn't bad. Don't short change youself for your time and talent.

Post images when you get a chance.

Honestly, ask yourself what you would be willing to pay for such an item. If you feel its fair, ask that. There's always going to be someone that feels its too high of price and a few that feel your short changing yourself. Just do what you feel is fair. Your work will speak for itself, before long, you'll have more orders than you want

i dont think of what to charge because i see something and if i like it i make it because i have that ability.i will try to get some pics before long
:imo:
