Went out early this morning - took my fowler to a small prairie dog town.

I killed a prairie dog with my first shot at game from my B. Christian .62 smoothbore fowler.

I managed to get two more throughout the morning - I fired 6 shots total - and most of the shots I took were within 25-50 yds - involved lots of low crawling and sneaking to get those shots.

I also saw a pretty nice antelope buck - had it been season, I would have taken a crack at him. He was about 75 yds away.

On the way back we saw a small whitetail buck too about 100 yds away. Can't wait until season begins.

Good stuff! How did those little PD's like the .60 RB? Any runners? :haha:
