Gents,
My father today came across an old fella who has a pair of Blunderbuss' for sale. He cant sell em on e-bay so I assume they're BP shooters. I know nothing about them apart from they're 'old replicas' stamped '1790 Vitoria'. A search of the web turned up zip apart from Vitoria is in Spain.
We're going to view them in the next couple of days. His asking price is $150US for the pair. I thought they'd be great wall hangers in my bar, after the obligatory test firing of course.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Smokey. :winking:

Well just try to find barrels for $150 :haha:

Sometimes I look at things like this for what you would have to spend in parts alone. :v

$150 for the pair is a great price! I just bought a brass barrelled blunderbuss and they are great fun.

When you get them, how about posting a look-see for the rest of us.

'When I get them'.......
Sounds like they have a new home.
And yes, I'll post pics.
Smokey.

Well I got 'em......... :(
disappointed, they're only cast wallhangers.
but they never cost me nearly as much.
Such is Life.

Could also be considered "cast anchors" to hold your boat in place while you scuba dive the Great Barrier Reef...

There's not enough weight in them to even be used as anchors...... :shake:
Thanks for the help anyway guys.
Smokey.
