Boot Jack

Does anyone have or know were I can find detailed plans with dimentions for a simple boot jack?

A simple V cut into a board works well.

See if this will help. It is a bronze/brass (?) cast boot jack I was given years ago. It measures 9 3/4" long, with the feet located 3" back from the front of the fork and the feet are 2" high. The front fork is 2 1/2" deep and has a 2 1/2" wide mouth at the front opening of the fork.
