Can anyone give me some advices on how a steel blade mounted in a brass tomahawk?
Solder? Hot forged? Cold forged?
I searched the internet but can not find anything ...

As far as I know, they were most often soldered. If it was me, I would silver braze it in while protecting the edge area in water, if it was heat treated. I don't believe those were ever used except in combat, so plain solder would likely hold well enough. There is a brass colored silver braze. That might be the ultimate way to go, depending on how HC you might want it.
