Buffalo leather

Hi,I saw some 5 oz.buffalo leather at a low cost.Can it be used to make a hunting bag?Thanks, squib

I don't see why not. The only buffalo I have worked with was thinner than that but I'm working with some 5.5 oz cow now thats stiffer than I like but works.

We owned a western store for years.It will work just fine. I have used it for several projects. You will be able to make a great bag...Just use some good common since in turning your bag see other input in this site.
