Ever since I built a snub nosed revolver based on the Remington New Model Army revolver, which I called the Bulldog, I've had people asking me to show the step by step building process.

I'm building a new one now, and I'm filming the process. Here's the first step:

Great video and a really neat design, thanks for sharing. There's a fairly rough new model army at my local gun shop that would likely take well to this treatment. By the way, any new updates on your latest flintlock build?

Cool.

What ever happened with your Lehigh build that you were starting about 6-8 months ago?

I bought a Pietta 1860 Army .44 snub nose in white steel. She's beautiful and I coated grips and out Texas Stars on but she's heavy for carry. How does the Bulldog compare? I'd consider building one by Mikes guideline but I'd like to know weight size etc. Thnks Joe

It is a cartridge conversion and discussing these things is against the forum rules so I'm locking this thread.
