1. PayPal is fine if you do not declare what the item is. How would they know? Now, loss is a concern for the buyer but the seller/shipper should be charging the buyer for insurance on anything of significant value. Build it into you cost. Never had an issue, so far. If you have reservations as either buyer or seller, then avoid using it.2. USPS money orders are safest for the seller and no buyer should refuse to do that for you. I have done these without issue, you just have to wait a few days for the check to arrive.
