We are privileged to have several sections of land in the Texas Hill Country available for period hunts. This past weekend a couple of us went and scouted the land and spent the weekend experimenting with historic waddings in our shotguns and made a weekend of it. Here are some photos of our camp we set up.

The camp as a whole. All items, except the kettle and cast iron pot were hauled 3 miles overland to the camp site.
