can anyone make double shotgun bbl replacements?

I have vigorusly been buying black powder guns and kits like a nut case lately. In my worldly travels I found a black powder 4 bore double with london twist barrels. also a 12 bore charles dally with the finest engraving deep relief cut of game scenes encovering the entire silvered reciever. I layed out $4,000.00 for that one it is the worlds most beautifull piece. I would choose not to have either damascus barrels sets shot but have new ones made is there anyone who can do this? I would post some picks but I dont know how besides the wife is real angry over theese 2 guns

Why wouldn't you shoot the damascus barrels that are on them?

Assume you are talking about muzzleloaders?
Ed Rayle is presently making a set of double 16ga barrels for my flintlock double.Check with him.
