If I load a EuroArms 3band Enfield and a ArmiSport CS Richmond with 60 grains of 3F black powder, is this a dangerous load?

I wouldn't think so. The military load was 60 grains 2F with a 505 grain minie. Using 3F would be like using 70 or so grains of 2F. Well within the strength of modern European built rifles.

The EOA that Ihave states on the barrel that 95 grains is the maximum rated load but I shoot 50 grains in mine with a 435 grain minie and have never lost an animal shot with it.
