So I was tipped off by a club member that the local Walmarts had caps in stock. So I run off to the local store on my lunch break, ask the guy behind the counter (yes! There was actually an associate there) and he goes to show me where they are at. None to be found, so he looks it up on his phone. He said they got 10 in stock and have sold 2. He said they must have been stolen. The gall of some people to steal something I planned on hoarding!

Caps get really expensive when you call ahead to find caps and are told they have them, but first come first serve. 50 miles later you arrive to find them sold out.

I was talking to a flea market guy the other day, he said some of the other gun orientated flea market guys would hear of a good deal or item on sale like ammo that they could resell for big bucks. They actually have people they could send out to all the stores with this deal and buy up every item.

I think word of mouth spread the news that Walmart had caps, even so, I was surprised how fast they disappeared out of season.
