Anyone know where I can source one? Mine decided to split in half tonight. I've scoured T.O.T.W. and nothing so far. I'm sure there are several options that would work, but I can't find an individual spring for sale anywhere.

It's definitely an R.E. Davis lock, so I will give them a shout.
I've been told the same, by someone at Track I think.
Please let us know what you find out.
I missed a chance to buy a nicely finished and tuned lock for one of these guns last year, maybe year before, regret not buying ever since. Something breaks on mine and I'll really have deep regret.

I will let y'all know. I like mine and cosmetically, fit and finish wise it's beautiful, but I still can't get it to shoot worth a darn. It does ok with shot with the sky chief load so I've hunted some squirrels with it, but I still can't get it to shoot round ball in any fashion, definitely point of aim. All the barrel adjusting I did in my last thread was for nothing as the barrel had memory and moved back over time.

Heresy I know, but, I put a small rear sight on mine.

What are costs like for the replacement spring? Do they need you to send the lock to them or anything?
Pricey with shipping, $17.95, but I needed it. They didn't ask for the lock and I can't see why they would need it. Previous owner did some stoning of the broken sear spring and that likely attributed to the weakness, and the way too hair trigger.
