How many of you have built this kit? I was wondering about the overall quality of the kit and how well it shot once complete. Also, how difficult is it to build?

I have a pistol made from this kit & am quite pleased. I did pay extra for highly figured wood & that is what I got. The overall quality of the components is very high but you need to realize that this is not a sand, stain & assemble kit. A good deal of shaping and inlet work is needed on the stock as well as filing/polishing of the metal parts. The pistol shoots very well - after all it does have a 12" rifled barrel so you have a long sight radius. Mrs. Coot can hit a gong at 25 yards with it.
