Charleville musket cleaning kit?

I was looking at the ramrod thta came with my musket. It has thread on one end that will take jags, I think.
Does anyone have one of these, or had one, thta could tell me what came with it when it was new?
I need to either buy the accessories, or a complete 48" rod with jags, etc.

Buy a .48" dowel and taper one end. take a piece of metal coat hanger about 6'-8" long and wrap it in a spiral around the tapered end of the dowel to make a worm. Now insert it on the other end leaving about half or more sticking out and maybe crimp the end into place on the dowel so it won't come off. Now using either TOW or a piece of rag you can clean the muzzle. This also works good as a lost patch retriever.
