Well i know people in europe used cheek stock rifles in military calibers to hunt animals back in the black powder era. I am wondering on doing so nowadays.
if you use a polish hussar carbine size limit of 3 feet overall, with an english caliver/tangenishema type design, what would be better to use?
large caliber of 20 guage or a 45-50 caliber barrel?
Im just curious because on paper the smaller caliber could use the high end saboted bullets and make up for the shorter barrel.
Any kind of suggestion is good.
