Excellent.

My wife would like to know how many hours you have in the horn?

MAN!!!!! you just keep outdoing yourself!!!! That horn is a WORK OF ART!!
What type of dye are you using for the dark brown? How does one apply it and not get it on the rest of the horn? I have not done this and would LOVE to know how. Thanks for sharing Rick!

Richard, Sorry not answering sooner. Tell your wife I have probably 40 hours in the entire horn, from raw horn to finish.

Rick,

Thanks for the answer, she likes your work and asks often if you have posted any new horns.

I do like my flat horn with the squirrel and acorns.

Tell her thanks and give her a big hug for me! ...

Rick, that's an awesome horn, love your scrim on this one. Really like the butt you did also!!!

I always imagine myself carrying a horn of that caliber but when I actually see one, realize it ain't happening. That is an incredible piece of work, but I could never justify the several weeks of wages it would take to purchase such a piece!
