Does anyone know where I can go and take some smithing classes. Would like to learn a little on stock making. Thanks.

Check the Dec. issue of Muzzle Blasts. The NMLRA sponsors classes each May or June to teach people how to build muzzle loaders. The classes are broken down into various subjects, and not all of them are taught each year. Dixons also hold some classes, and you might contact them. They are located near Allenstown, PA.

Phil, if you're ever out this way, bring your hammer and stop by. My classes are free. You can find an address for my website in my personal info. Bookie

Shoot Bookie, I may have to take you up on that one day, closer to bird season that is... Got room for a dog?

Man your going to have to travel up to the mountains one day.

Thanks Brookie, sounds interesting, heck, I have never met a part time movie star h. pilot before that builds rifles.

Navaho & Roy--Hi fellers! Yeah, and believe it or not, I have a PhD in Theology, too. Sorry, but I don't have room for guests or a dog, but there are several motels within a 10 minute walk or a 1 minute drive from here if you come for a visit. Bring your favorite hammer and some Moon Pies. Just finished some barrel drilling, rifling bench building, forgeing iron furniture classes and am doing a "Long Bit" or "Armory Bit" class at the moment. Just finished tempering the reamer and now back to the shop. Med venlig hilsen, Bookie
