Collins-Maker Double Shotgun?

Hi all,
I may have done pretty well at a garage sale last week! I picked up this side by side with really neat engraving and a busted stock. It's disassembled but I think I've got all the parts except maybe a few screws. Any information? Has anybody heard of Collins Maker before?

This is, I believe, the Final Birmingham BP shotgun proof that may have been used 1813-1904.
