There is a reenactment of Colonial America that will take place just North of Denver. I am not involved, nor do I know of this group. This is just a friendly notification:
"You are invited to experience life in the 1780's at our next colonial Living History Days event!
Living History Days
Guilford Courthouse, North Carolina, 1781
You and your family are cordially invited to join us as we bring the spring of 1781 to life. After a year of horrible setbacks in 1780, the fortune of war could not have turned around more gloriously than in 1781. Experience 18th century life first hand; immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and activities of the past through costumed interpreters, hands-on activities, a drama, and two battle reenactments. Over a dozen different aspects of colonial life will be available for you to experience, so you are sure to learn a lot about our rich heritage. Fun for all ages, young and old alike, you will experience dedication, authenticity and true-life experiences that will make this memory last a life-time, and hopefully keep you coming back.
Living History Days event works chronologically through the history of our nation's War of Independence. Doing so results in each event being a different point in time, making no two Living History Days alike.
We host two events a year, the last Friday and Saturday of April and September. Join us Friday or Saturday, April 25 and 26, 2014.
For more information, please go to www.livinghistorydays.com. If you are bringing a group over 15, please call us at 303-422-1388.
When is it?
April 25th and 26th, 2014
