I haven't much experience with B\P shotguns but would like to try them out some day as the next step. My question concerns the 20 guage jug choked barrel that colrain sells and was wondering if anyone had any experience with one. What kind of loads will this barrel take and how is the performance? Would one be better off for turkey and all around gunning with a 16 or 12 even if they have no choke?
Thanks in advance.

That barrel is not really a jug choked barrel..it's choked to 28ga. at the very end and makes for some tight fitting overshot cards when loading..nuther-words..you got to get 20ga. cards through a 28ga. barrel.
I've heard it holds a good pattern.

Thanks for clearing up my missunderstanding. Oh well I guess i've got a while to think about it.
