A nice oak case fits the colt 1860 or 1851 series of revolvers ( Uberti and pietta seem to fit well to )
Nice condition except the one partition could use some repair ( glue ) . I am not positive, this might be from the 1970s colt reissue revolvers …95.00 shipped to your door :

Darn it, I'll take it. Now I have to find all the accessories for my Navy Arms '61 from '79
