Commercial Source for Inlays already Decorated?

Is there any commercial source for in lays that are already carved/decorated such as the ones shown on the cover of this book?

Buy 'em plain from DGW, ToTW or Rifle Shoppe, and engrave them to YOUR taste. 'twas ever thus.

Get a sheet of brass and a jeweler's saw. All of a sudden you have any inlay or patch box that you could ever want.

I have searched around and found none however I believe there are some very accomplished engravers who are members of this site and may well accept commissions.
