For the past five years I've been participating in a project with NYS game biologists for a ruffed grouse census and harvest survey. I have to log hours afield, grouse flushed & killed and some other data. As recognition this year my package came with a patch. . . . but "Cooperator?" Couldn't they have come up with a better description? Sounds like I'm turning states evidence at a hearing.

When I was first asked I told the man I mostly hunted with a single-barrel muzzleloader shotgun and it's more grouse scaring than hunting, but he was agreeable. They're mostly interested in time vs. flushes.

Keep on working hard we used to have alot of quail but now they are all gone.

Michigan changed all the successful hunter patches to cooperator patches. must be their way of being pc. :bull:
