Hey guys. I had a few days free and thought I'd knock over a few projects I've been meaning to do. First is his and hers throwing knives. Leaf spring blades, mild steel guard and pommel, red stag scales.

Ps apologies for the poor quality mobile phone pics.

A bowie I made for myself, leaf spring blade, brass guard, stag handle.

Next is a fire kit. Forged file for the steel, altoids tin, limestone flakes (strike a good spark, though almost impossible to knapp)

And although not necessarily PC, while I had the forge going, I knocked this up from an old auger bit.

nice. I love the throwing knives, but not sure i`d use them as such. not sure how long the stag handles would last under constant vibration and the occasional hard impact.

don't know anything about how PC it may be but, I really like that little knife in the bottom pik.

It surprised me too but The last ones I made lasted quite a long time. The epoxy eventually let go but the scales stayed in place until the peened over rivets sheared off at the tang. I look at handles on throwing knives and Hawks as a consumable item anyway. When they eventually come loose or break, replace them.
