I'm not sure where to post this.

I'm loooking to replace my lefthanded Lyman Deerstalker 50 barrel that's a 1:48 twist with one that's a 1:28 twist.

Do any of you know a gun smith or someplace where I could find one? I've searched the internet, but only found references to Lyman's Deerstalker Carbine that's not made any more.

thanks

The Green Mountain IBS Barrels for T/C Hawkens will fit with a small modification. Check it out at www.trackofthewolf.com it says so right on their webpage.
They list a .50 cal 1:28 barrel for $169.95 but it don't say Left Hand. You could call and ask 'em.
Probly wouldn't take much to convert a right hand barrel to lefty. :hmm: Plug up one hole and drill & tap a new one opposite?
Good luck!

I've already check with GM. They don't make lefties for Lyman.

Plus I've had a change of mind. I'm going to save the money and put it towards a Lyman Deerstalker carbine lefty, as soon as I find one or inline by T/C
