Anyone know of anyone building double barrle 10's?

I don't know of custom builders in US. I would also like to know. (so I watch for the replies) But I shoot a 10Ga Pedersoli and enjoy it a lot. Here I used it on pigeons. Bit overgunned but still a lot of fun. I'd like to still get a Pedersoli 20ga for the pigeons. Pedersoli builds a beautiful 10ga with some custom attention to detail but it is VERY EXPENSIVE!! Mike give us a pic, PLEASE,....PLEASE. Or a guideline if you posted it somewhere else. I might be a bit new here and missed it.

I've built several flint doubles, the largest in 14 bore. I'don't build flint guns any larger than 18 bore these days. any larger than that and the barrel breeches get too big and the gun looks goofy. There are guys around that would build 10 bore cap guns, but I don't know who they would be. you'd be far better off buying an original 10 bore if you're looking for a cap gun.

If you check the posting for "custom BP shotgun and a turkey" I listed a fellow, Ed Palmer, who builds nice SXS.

I got this sweetheart from Matt at TVM.

Richard built this 20 Gauge for me about three years ago.

Infact I had to return it for a small flaw in the wood and he made good for no charge. Even paid the postage and Ins back to me. Hell of a guy. uilt this 20 Gauge for me about three years ago.

I know he would have made a 12 for me if I wanted to wait.

Give him a call. http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a396/rustyoldgunns/doublebarrel20Gauge.jpg

If you have the money. Rod Gates will build you a single or double shotgun up to and including an 8 bore. He is in Cross Timbers, Missouri
