For sale is a .60 rifle I built about a year ago. This gun is roughly based on William Antes achitecture with some Virginia elements thrown in.
Gun has a 41" .60 cal rifled Rice Early Dutch profile barrel. This was a custom order with a 1/56" twist so it doesn't require so much powder to get it to shoot. Radius groove rifling
Davis Jack Haugh lock. Big lock that really throws sparks, Chambers White lightnin liner
Hard maple blank from Allen Martin
Brass hardware, some of which I made. Gun has what I call a lightly aged finish.
Great shooting gun that I really like.......I figure since I have a .58 and .62 rifle and .62 smoothbore I could move this one to a new home. .....Also, it gets a little hard telling the difference without calipers between .58, .60 and .62 caliber balls.
Gun weighs 9#s even and has a 13 5/8" LOP
$1700 shipped payment by Discreet paypal friends or postal money order
