CVA Bobcat

Will the Green Mountain drop in barrels work in the CVA Bobcat? Wally World is selling these for 59 bucks. If the barrels will work I'll buy one and put in a slow twist barrel.

lucky you, Wally World down here never has any thing to do with BlackPowder and now they don't even sell modern rifles.

Mine shoots prbs just fine, and Buffalo's Ballets almost as well. Better you should replace the stock than the barrel. :winking:

The Wal-Marts in my area are specialzing in different supplies according to the area. One Wal-mart 12 miles from here sells black powder guns and modern rifles and shotguns. One 14 miles in the other direction does not sell any guns whatsoever. Whenever I asked, that is when I got the answer about the locations. I was afraid that they were getting out of the gun business altogether. I also asked if the Bobcat came in any other cal. other than 50 and nobody there knew. I wanted a smaller cal. to squirrel hunt with. At that price, I guess I could install a barrel liner! That may be what I try :thumbsup:

 

Ask for their gun book under the counter.Thats where I found my GPR kits.
