I need the sear, the set trigger adjustment screw and perhaps another screw or two for a recently acquired Mountain Rifle. If you have a source, or the spares lying around, please let me know!

Thanks!!

I have a CVA Mountain rifle that I've had since 1979. Two years ago, the mainspring broke just a few days before our ML season. I looked up their website, sent them an emial and they mailed the mainspring to me, free of charge! Now that's what I call service! :hatsoff:
Try contacting the company. I'm sure you'll experience the same. Rick

If CVA can't/won't help, Dixie Gun Works sells CVA lock parts. The parts on these locks are all the same, regardless of the specific model rifle you have. Check their catalog or website.

I would go with GobblerKnob's advise and go
directly to CVA. Mite just take a phone call and
the parts could be on the way in a day or two. The
price sounds right(no cost to me).
Good luck,

If I had known that the repair parts would be that darned expensive, I would not have bought the gun ... on a return visit!

I called CVA right after posting and the sear and screws are CHEAP! They did not offer to send them as warranty items, but the prices are quite reasonable. Even with shipping, the parts added to the purchase price STILL have me under a C note!
