I bought a tub full of muzzle loading items from someone today for a fair price and included was this knife.
It has a CVA sticker on the side and has the following attachments, configured like a swiss army knife;
Blade
Nipple wrench
De-capper/Wedge puller
Straight screw driver
Nipple pick
Ball starter
Short ramrod
Ramrod accessory adaptor (male/female)

It has a brass frame with black plastic handle. The blade, wrench, wedge puller and screw driver are steel and the rest is brass. It also has a ring for a lanyard.
Does anyone know what it's worth and when it was manufactured.

I have looked on ebay and google and didn't find anything.

It will be a nice addition to my bag for my hawken.

Thanks,
Mike

Welcome aboard, I don't think it is worth anything,So just pack it up and send it to me! :rotf: Not really,it sounds like a good find. I have never saw one before but would like to see a pic of it if possible.Good Luck & Good Shootin'

Mine is made in italy and you forgot that the starter will unscrew and hold several caps.Lost my original one and took two years to find another.. Peashooterjoe..

Although a bit heavy it is a good high quality tool. They were made for CVA by David Pedersoli.
Now they are rather rare and kinda pricy. I had to pay $71 for mine on fleabay 2 years ago, yeah I know but I had to have it. Anyhow I saw one at a local gun show with a $110 price tag on it so now I dont feel so bad.

there has been 2 or 3 on the "bay" this past year and the fetched 24 to 32 bucks, plus shipping!

kindof a neat tool to have in the bottom of the bag!
