How about on a trade rifle from the 2001?

I believe the Trade rifle is a single trigger gun? If so it will take quite a bit of work to install Davis Deerslayer triggers in it. Wood will have to be removed here and backfilled there and then there’s the question of if the triggerguard is compatible.

I've put them in my TCs, double set trigger Renegades and Hawkens. Had to pare a but of wood with a small sharp wood chisel.

I never bothered adjusting them, they are perfect out of the box.

Has anyone put these triggers in a Lyman rife, were there any problems.D

I just put one in my lefty gpr about an hour ago. It was not a simple drop in. I had to file the area of the trigger that contacts the bar on the lock. I used a 7/32” round file and put a spot of anti seize on the lock bar to see where it was contacting. I wound up filing down about .150” deep. But now that that’s done it is a truly nice trigger, I like it a great deal.
