Well, ML deer season here in PA has been over for about a month now. So, There's no time to grow sofa sores. :rotf: On Feb 20, 2006, I went on a bird hunting expedition to the mountains in west/central PA. I accompanied my friend Phil and his German Shorthair female, Bella, as their guest, on a bird hunt near Houtzdale, PA. I was four for five, :applause: and that netted me two ringnecked roosters, a chucker and a bobwhite quail bagged, and a second bobwhite escaped me. But, friend Phil was able to bag it :applause: with his second follow-up shot from his over/under shotgun. Oh, yeah. Did I mention that I was PC top to bottom and using my 20ga :winking: Center/Mark Tulle de Chase that I built in 1995. A bird in hand is a wee bit of proof in a pic.

Yea! :shocked2: It's always a fine thing, seeing half frownin' :hmm: , head scratching wonderers just a wonderin' :shake: ,...Why?! How? ! But, to be truthful; It's 100% easier baggin' a bird off'n a pointin' dawg. Truely 'tis! All my thanks goes to Bella. And here is another view of the view we had, behind me. :applause: The Orange is an insurance thing for where we were. :winking: Mentally it wasn't there. (See sephia pic)

When facing with the wind, the frock cape kept blowing up like it should and sheilded my neck from the cold winds.

Well, the way my luck is, had I not had it on, I may have been run over by n SUV driven by a US Sen. that we know but won't name here. He likes his SOUTHERN COMFORTs & friends, Jimmy Beam, Sammy Thompson, and someone I only know as "Yukon" Jack. I hear telled he don't like no guns or the folk that do. They say he'd like to run 'em all into the ground. So I'm weren't lettin' 'im have a chance at it. Here's another pic in a different light.
