I just wanted to give DGW a 👍. I ordered a catalog on Saturday evening along with an touch hole liner for a Traditions flinter and I received them last night. To my door in 3 working days! That’s quick. Granted it was a small and easy order but still great service. I ordered the stuff online.

DGW replied to an email question few months ago and they go back to me within 72 hours. I know many businesses are experiencing labor shortages and it may take a little longer nowadays.

Bought an Ulberti 1858 Remington New Model Army form DGW and noticed the rifling was messed up near the bore. Talked with a tech there and was told to send it back. They sent a replacement revolver back to me in 2 days. Never had a problem getting in touch with them or speaking to a tech. They rate 5 stars in my opinion and I'll keep doing business with them.

Dixie has been around for so long, with such an excellent reputation! Imagine the ML hobby without them. They undoubtedly are sincere in their desire to please their customers. Nowadays, there's unavoidable glitches due to conditions in the supply chain, etc. I read where it used to cost 3 or 4 grand to ship a 'container' from Europe. Now it's 12 or 13 grand. That would be the very type container from the factories in Italy, etc.
