Thinking of getting a dobbs model smoothbore 28ga. kit of either Tippy or mold & gun.
has anyone worked with a kit from either of them would like to here about it.

I'm thinking you meant Dubbs?

I built a 62 smoothbore from Mold and Gun shop about 2 years ago.
No problems. Good castings, walnut stock, lock etc. Good buy for the money.
