Title says it all. I looked at one vendor who had #11....$8.25 limit 2 plus a $30 hazmat fee. $.23 per cap. Crazy.

Is there any one who might have some at a reasonable cost? I'm not hopefull.

You either buy them by the 1000 online or hope you can find some in a store if you only want a tin or two. Our club purchases by the 1000 so they are available to members at a reasonable price. Anyone who has to ship them will charge the hazmat fee.

I have not even found them by the 1000 on line. Got a source? I'm well stocked on CCI #10's but I cannot find #11's or any other brand locally.

My LGS had 6 tins yesterday, CCI #11 @ $5.99 also some musket caps. Duke's in New Castle PA. They don't carry real black powder.

Check local hardware stores. The last time there was a cap shortage I stopped at a small town hardware store that catered to the Amish. They had two full boxes ( 1000 caps) plus five tin.(100 caps). Also check wally world they often sell their hunting inventory after hunting season at a real discount.
