This one I cobbled up out of an 11 gauge shotgun. Silver soldered the breech closed and replaced the firing pins so it's a percussion muzzle loader. OK, so the faux ivory stock leaves a little to be desired. :shake:
The barrels are nice twist steel. I proofed them in the grease pit I dug in the garage of our previous house. Piled a bunch of stuff on top of them and lit the fuse - what fun. I think the cover of the grease pit jumped.
Had some fun shooting that one.
What looks like a third barrel is the ramrod.
The barrels should go into a double flinter someday. That would be a whole bunch more fun.
